1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pet Nugget website, store, content, products, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Pet Nugget is a brand of ANML X. In these Terms, “Pet Nugget,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Services.

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy policy, Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, and Subscription terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Product information and pet-care disclaimer

We work to describe and display our products accurately, but packaging, colors, images, ingredients, availability, and other details may change or appear differently on your device. Product information on the Services is provided for general educational purposes and is not veterinary advice or a substitute for care from a licensed veterinarian.

Statements about Pet Nugget have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Pet Nugget is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Ask your veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, has a diagnosed condition, or if you have questions about suitability. For a suspected emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

4. Orders, availability, and resale

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, errors, resale activity, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. We will try to notify you using the information supplied with the order and will refund amounts charged for items we do not provide.

Products purchased through the Services are for personal or household use and may not be resold without our written permission.

5. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change prospectively. The amount shown at checkout and in your order confirmation governs the order. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order, applicable taxes, shipping, and any other amount disclosed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & save, you expressly authorize recurring orders and charges until you cancel. The price, discount, delivery interval, cancellation method, and other material terms are disclosed before enrollment and are explained in our Subscription terms. You may cancel future renewals through your customer account or by contacting us before the next order is processed. Canceling does not automatically reverse an order already processed.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping methods, timing, charges, address changes, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds, and the 90-day satisfaction guarantee are governed by our Return and refund policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation of the Services; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape, copy, or exploit content without permission; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; violate another person’s rights; or use the Services in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

9. Intellectual property

The Services and their text, designs, graphics, photographs, video, audio, trademarks, logos, software, and other content are owned by Pet Nugget, ANML X, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal use. No other license is granted.

10. Third-party services and Shopify

The Services may use or link to third-party tools, applications, payment providers, carriers, and websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Pet Nugget is powered by Shopify, but purchases from this store are transactions between you and Pet Nugget, not Shopify.

11. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services and our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy policy. We may moderate or remove submissions but are not obligated to do so.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for express promises in these Terms or our written policies, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Nugget, ANML X, and their affiliates, officers, employees, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the Services unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

16. Applicable law, severability, and waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business and the transaction, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law where you live. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
