Our commitment

Pet Nugget is committed to providing a digital storefront that people of different abilities can use. Accessibility is part of our design, development, content, and quality-review process, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility.

Accessibility standard

Our current goal is to support conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably practicable. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Because technology, content, and accessibility guidance continue to change, we do not claim that every page or interaction is free of barriers. We regularly review the experience and prioritize issues that affect essential tasks such as understanding products, selecting purchase options, managing a cart, and contacting support.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and accessible names.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
  • Review color contrast, text resizing, and responsive layouts.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts where appropriate.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.
  • Test important flows with accessibility tools and assistive-technology workflows.
  • Include accessibility checks when adding or changing content and features.

Compatibility

The storefront is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, operating systems, keyboards, screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-input tools, and touch devices. Your experience may vary with older or unsupported technology.

Third-party content and services

Some features, including checkout, payments, subscriptions, media, or embedded services, may be provided by third parties. We work to choose and configure accessible services, but we do not control every aspect of third-party technology. Please tell us if a third-party feature creates a barrier so we can help and raise the issue with the provider.

If you have difficulty using the site, need information in another format, or want help completing a purchase or managing an account, email accessibility@petnugget.com.

Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and a brief description of the barrier. If comfortable, you may also include your browser, device, and assistive technology. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive medical information by email.

We will review accessibility feedback and work toward a practical response or alternative method of access as promptly as reasonably possible.
